Andrea Traudt Inouye, Senior Vice President of Real Estate Development
As the Senior Vice President of Real Estate Development, Andrea is responsible for guiding the strategic and financial goals of Full Circle Communities’ Real Estate Development activities.
Previously, Andrea was the Executive Director at the Illinois Housing Council, a statewide non-profit organization advocating for the stabilization of Illinois communities through the construction and preservation of affordable housing. She worked to promote and advance legislation, policies and best practices for affordable housing across Illinois.
Prior to her role at the Illinois Housing Council, Andrea was the Housing Development Director at Bickerdike Redevelopment Corporation where she spent seven years developing affordable family housing on the northwest side of Chicago.
Andrea has a Masters of Urban Planning and Policy from the University of Illinois at Chicago, College of Urban Planning and Public Administration (CUPPA), and a Bachelor of Arts in Business & Economics from Bethel University in St. Paul, MN. Andrea was President and founding member of the Council of State Independent Housing Associations (CISHA) and is currently a member of Women in Planning and Development. In 2017, she was recognized as one of Affordable Housing Finance’s Young Leaders.
