JESSICA NEPOMIACHI, project manager
Jessica Nepomiachi joined Full Circle Communities in 2019. She is involved in all aspects of housing development, from acquisitions and development financing to site planning and community engagement.
Prior to joining Full Circle Communities, Jessica was a VP of Development at the Michaels Organization focusing on public housing redevelopment and the acquisition and preservation of two historic Single Room Occupancy buildings in Chicago, IL. She previously served at the Chicago Housing Authority working on policy and expanding housing choice by implementing a demonstration program for supportive housing vouchers and enhancing housing access for vulnerable populations, including the CHA’s reentry initiative. She also served at the New York City Housing Authority managing relationships with elected officials to preserve public housing via capital planning and development strategies. Prior to that, she served in various roles at the New York City Council, collaborating with city agencies, elected officials, and local stakeholders to ensure the success of many community development projects, including financing for affordable housing, federalizing state built public housing and an 111-block citizen-led inclusionary zoning process.
Jessica completed a BA in Latin American Studies from Hampshire College in Amherst, MA and a MS in City and Regional Planning from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY. She lives in Chicago and serves on the Board of Housing Choice Partners and is a Spanish language volunteer with One Tail at a Time, a local dog rescue.
