Torrence Place is a 48-unit development targeted towards veterans and persons with disabilities with a focus on the connection between health and housing. The property has a mix of one and two bedroom units with quality finishes, accessibility features, energy star appliances, and ample storage.

Residents have access to a patio, community lounge, fitness center, business center, a secure package room and supportive services from the Christian Community Health Center (CCHC) with their health clinic also located on the first floor.

Supportive Services

Full Circle Communities began its relationship with Christian Community Health Center (CCHC) in 2016 to serve Full Circle properties in Chicago’s south side and far south communities. CCHC strives to meet the holistic needs of the communities they serve by incorporating primary healthcare and a variety of supportive programs. On-site service coordinators provide residents with:
