SYDNEY SAYGBE, portfolio performance manager

Sydney Saygbe serves as Portfolio Performance Manager at Full Circle Communities. In this role, she is building the asset management systems and analytical tools that support sound, data-driven decision-making across the organization’s entire portfolio. She translates property-level data into clear performance analysis for our leadership team, with responsibilities spanning investor relations, interdepartmental coordination, and long-term financial planning. As Full Circle continues to grow its portfolio, Sydney’s work provides the organizational infrastructure and accountability needed to sustain our growth and strengthen the impact we deliver to residents and communities.

Prior to joining Full Circle, Sydney worked for JPMorgan Chase as an HTC structured finance management associate, where she managed over 20 multifamily properties and underwrote over $95 million in HTC equity investments. She has also held roles at Capital Impact Partners, a national CDFI, and Sugar Creek Capital, a LIHTC syndicator. Sydney holds a Master’s in Economics from Georgia State University with a focus on quantitative analytics, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Public Policy from Augsburg University in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Outside of work, Sydney enjoys spending time with her friends and family, volunteering at her church, traveling, and going to the theater.
