ASHLEY ALARCON, owner’s representative

Ashley Alarcon is an Owner’s Representative, working with the Real Estate Development Team on all stages of development. Ashley has a strong background in construction project management, design and client advocacy. With over a decade of experience overseeing complex residential, commercial and hospitality projects, Ashley brings a results-driven and collaborative approach to every stage of development. She ensures that project goals, budgets, and schedules align with the client’s vision. Ashley is a Chicago native and grew up on the West side of the City. She holds a Master of Science in Project Management with a focus in Construction from Northwestern University and a Bachelors in Architecture from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
