Supportive Services

The Association for Individual Development (AID) has served communities in the greater Fox Valley area for over 60 years, including a number of Full Circle properties in Illinois. AID offers tailored, consumer-focused programs and services designed to empower people with physical, developmental, intellectual and mental health challenges. On-site service coordinators from AID provide residents with:

Employment, Education, and Financial Support
Case Management and Service Coordination
Community Events and Activities
Health and Wellness Services (Healthcare coordination and referrals, benefits counseling, etc.)

Services are voluntary and not a condition of tenancy. Some offerings may require a formal intake with AID. Services are subject to change based on scheduling and resource availability.
