Kyle Lilly
KYLE LILLY, assistant project manager
Kyle Lilly is an Assistant Project Manager at Full Circle Communities where he is working with the Real Estate Development Team to advance projects through various stages of the development process. Prior to joining the Full Circle team, he worked as a Development Associate for Boston-based developer Preservation of Affordable Housing (POAH)’s Chicago office where he assisted with bringing acquisition rehab and new construction projects to closing, and oversaw projects during construction.
Kyle earned his Masters of Urban Planning and Policy for University of Illinois Chicago in 2021, and holds a B.S. in Criminology, a B.A. in Sociology and dual minors in Urban Studies and Black World Studies from Loyola University Chicago.
Kyle previously worked for several non-profit organizations in the Chicago area including the AmeriCorps program, City Year, and the after school educational and fitness program, MetroSquash. He currently serves as a board member of the South East Chicago Commission (SECC), and outside of work enjoys photography, comic books, visiting art galleries and museums, and generally being out-and-about in Chicago.
