Apartments at Lawrence & Austin
Apartments at Lawrence & Austin is a 48-unit development for veterans, persons with disabilities and families on the Northwest Side of Chicago. The studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units are affordable to households earning a mix of incomes. On-site amenities include a community room with attached children’s activity room, laundry facilities, a computer lab, library, bike storage, on-site parking and a central courtyard. Each high-quality unit offers ample storage and closet space, thoughtful layouts and is either accessible or adaptable for persons with disabilities.
Supportive Services
Full Circle is proud to partner with Better Tomorrows, an experienced multi-service organization that supports residents in over 121 affordable housing communities across the country. Better Tomorrows aims to magnify opportunities for residents by creating healthy, sustainable communities today that lead to better tomorrows. On-site service coordinators from Better Tomorrows provide residents with:
- Employment, Education, and Financial Support
- Case Management and Service Coordination
- Community Events and Activities
- Health and Wellness Services (Referrals to healthcare providers, benefits counseling)
Services are voluntary and not a condition of tenancy. Offerings are subject to change based on scheduling and resource availability.
