Michigan Communities Transition to Full Circle Management
On October 1, 2025, your residential community will be managed by Full Circle Management, the property management team of Full Circle Communities. This change allows Full Circle, the nonprofit that owns your property, to work more closely with residents and provide stronger support.
Your community has been cared for by KMG Prestige, Inc., and we are grateful for their years of service. We are excited to continue building a supportive, resident-focused community together.
The following residential communities will transition to Full Circle Management:
- Dr. Maya Angelou Village – Detroit
- Maple Grove Village – Portage
- Pinehurst Townhomes – Kalamazoo
- Raymond E. Shepard House – Ferndale
- Residences at Westbrook – Battle Creek
- Ruth Ellis Clairmount Center – Detroit
- Selinon Park Apartments – Portage
- Westbrook Place – Battle Creek

Full Circle Communities owns your property, and we want to be more connected with the people who live here. By managing your community ourselves, we can work more closely with residents, respond faster when you need help, and make sure services meet your needs.

We want you to feel comfortable and up to date as this change takes place. There are several ways you can stay informed:
- Visit our website: Go to fccommunities.org for updates about the transition.
- Join your Community Info Session: Meet the Full Circle team, enjoy food and refreshments, and get answers to your questions.
- Talk with your community manager: Your community manager is her to help and can help answer questions.
- Email us directly: Send questions to ask@fccommunities.org and we’ll respond.
We are committed to keeping you informed every step of the way.
No. You do not need to do anything. We welcome you to join a Community Info Session to meet the Full Circle Team and ask questions. You can also email us at ask@fccommunities.org or talk with your community manager.
No. You only need to sign papers if your lease is ending or if you are recertifying.
No. Your housing is not changing.
No. Please keep paying rent the same way and on the same date listed in your lease.
No. All services and programs will continue. You can still work with your on-site provider as usual.
