Full Circle Communities Announces Leadership Transition; Lindsey Haines Appointed Interim President & CEO
Chicago, Illinois — Full Circle Communities announced today that President and CEO Josh Wilmoth will be departing after nearly 18 years with the organization. Josh will remain with the organization through December 5th to support a smooth and thoughtful transition.
Josh joined Full Circle Communities in 2008 and has played a central role in advancing its mission to expand access to quality, affordable, and supportive housing throughout the Midwest. Since becoming President and CEO in 2017, Josh has guided the organization through significant growth, strengthened development capacity, and expanded partnerships that have deepened Full Circle’s impact.
“Josh has been instrumental in shaping Full Circle into the innovative, mission-driven organization it is today,” said David Gottlieb, Board Vice Chair and founding Executive Director of Full Circle Communities. “We are grateful for his years of service, his dedication to affordable housing, and the solid foundation he leaves behind.”
The Board has appointed Lindsey Haines as Interim President and CEO, effective immediately. Lindsey has been with Full Circle Communities for nearly 15 years, most recently serving as Executive Vice President of Real Estate Development. Lindsey has played a key leadership role in the development or preservation of nearly 2,000 units of affordable housing and is known for her collaborative approach, strategic insight, and commitment to mission-driven development.

Haines shared her appreciation and vision for the organization’s next chapter.
