MARY DONOGHUE, project manager

Mary joined Full Circle as a Project Analyst in 2016. She holds a Master’s degree in Urban Planning and Policy from UIC and a BA in Sociology from American University. Prior to joining Full Circle, she worked as a research assistant at UIC’s Great Cities Institute, where she studied public school closures, and as a researcher at the American Planning Association.
