I have been in the affordable housing industry for over 25 years. I started my career at HACC as a Receptionist and was promoted to Occupancy Specialist, Assistant Property Manager and then Property Manager. I worked as a Property Manager for 14 years for various Management companies such as The Community Builders, POAH Communities and HSR Property Services. I possess my Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) designation from IREM. I also have several certifications such as Certified Occupancy Specialist, Tax Credit Specialist, HOME Specialist, Certified Manager of Housing and Certified Manager of Maintenance through NCHM. I enjoy traveling and spending quality time with my grandson Logan.
