South Park Plaza is a 134-unit affordbale housing development on CHA-owned land, formerly the site of Prairie Courts. Full Circle and partner Chris Block acquired and preserved this essential housing, and are in the process of completing a multi-million dollar property renovation.

Better Tomorrows aims to magnify opportunities for residents by creating healthy, sustainable communities today that lead to better tomorrows.
On-site service coordinators from Better Tomorrows provide residents with:
- Employment, Education, and Financial Support
- Case Management and Service Coordination
- Community Events and Activities
- Health and Wellness Services (referrals to healthcare providers, benefits counseling)
Services are voluntary and not a condition of tenancy. Offerings are subject to change based on scheduling and resource availability.
