TOWN HALL apartments
Town Hall Apartments was the first-ever affordable elderly housing development that prioritized the needs of the LGBTQ+ community in Chicago. Located at Halsted and Addison, Town Hall was developed in partnership with the Center on Halsted, who provides wrap-around services for the residents and the broader community. All 79 units are covered under a project-based section 8 contract from the Chicago Housing Authority.
