Supportive Services

Full Circle Communities began its relationship with Christian Community Health Center (CCHC) nearly a decade ago to serve Full Circle properties in Chicago’s south side and far south communities. As a federally qualified health center, CCHC strives to meet the holistic needs of the communities they serve by incorporating primary healthcare and a variety of supportive programs. On-site service coordinators provide residents with:

Employment, Education, and Financial Support
Case Management and Service Coordination
Child and Family Services
Community Events and Activities (Including youth art therapy provided by SkyArt, a Chicago-based organization providing visual arts programming)
Health and Wellness Services (Healthcare coordination, benefits counseling, etc.

Services are voluntary and not a condition of tenancy. Offerings are subject to change based on scheduling and resource availability.
