BRAINERD SENIOR center
Brainerd Senior Center provides high-quality housing for seniors 55 and older. The building includes studio, one and two bedroom apartments, as well as two elevators, a community room, laundry, storage rooms and outdoor patios. On site supportive services are provided by Christian Community Health Center and focus on health and wellness, recreation and social activities. The building is also next to the Brainerd Metra Station.
The property has undergone extensive renovations to modernize the units, add accessibility, and reduce building system’s reliance on fossil fuels.

Supportive Services
Full Circle Communities began its relationship with Christian Community Health Center (CCHC) nearly a decade ago to serve Full Circle properties in Chicago’s south side and far south communities. As a federally qualified health center, CCHC strives to meet the holistic needs of the communities they serve by incorporating primary healthcare and a variety of supportive programs. On-site service coordinators provide residents with:
- Employment, Education, and Financial Support
- Case Management and Service Coordination
- Individual and Family Services for Older Adults
- Community Events and Activities
- Health and Wellness Services (Healthcare coordination, benefits counseling, caregiver resources, etc.)
