Full Circle Communities began its relationship with Christian Community Health Center (CCHC) nearly a decade ago to serve Full Circle properties in Chicago’s south side and far south communities. As a federally qualified health center, CCHC strives to meet the holistic needs of the communities they serve by incorporating primary healthcare and a variety of supportive programs.
